Our Halloween HYROX Sim will be open to DOUBLES ONLY and will follow the same structure as a traditional HYROX competition, featuring alternating running segments and workout zones.
The set-up will mimic the intensity and flow of an official HYROX event, ensuring you get a realistic experience.
Waves will start every 9 minutes.
Doors open | 10:30am
Wave 1 kickoff | 11am
Final wave kickoff | Approx 2pm
